How to open multiple Google Talk on a single PC

  1. Create one copy of the Google Talk shortcut on your desktop – leave the original intact.
  2. Right click on this shortcut and choose Properties. The Target box will show you the pathof the EXE for Google Talk – something like “C:Program FilesGoogleGoogle Talkgoogletalk.exe”
  3. Change this to: “C:Program FilesGoogleGoogle Talkgoogletalk.exe” /nomutex
    and click OK.

After you do the above, You will be able  to run multiple instances of Google Talk with different identities for each.
